ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 Welcome to artclouds.net, Inc.! artclouds.net, provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time below. In addition, when using particular artclouds.net. services, you and artclouds.net shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

MEDIA PLANNING

artclouds.net, Inc. provides media buying and planning services under the following conditions; artclouds.net will charge a client fee of up to $500.00 per market for media planning services. However, if the following information is provided at the time the request is made; Advertisers name, category, markets to advertise in, media budget and over all goal of advertiser artclouds.net will wave these fees. If the above fees is charged and artclouds.net places the media buy within 90 days of the media plans delivery date said fees will be credited back to client.

BILLING

artclouds.net does not finance its clients. We will bill you for the time and space so that we receive your payment before we are obligated for the amount involved. The non-cancelable date is 15 days before the due date and 10 days before any Ad goes up, the client will still be responsible for all out of pocket expenses plus cancellation fee. artclouds.net will accommodate its clients with bill cycles to fit the clients needs such as 10, 30, and 90 day terms, so long as these agreements are made in advance. Partial billing may be established as follows: 1/3 when job is authorized, 1/3 when printing production is completed and Facility list provided, and 1/3 when job is finished before shipping. artclouds.net will also extend a  cash discount for all orders paid in advance.

SERVICE CHARGES

A fixed charge of 1 1/2 percent per month levied on each purchase (drawing) on artclouds.net resources in the General Resources Account other than reserve media purchases, which carry no charges. The service charge is payable at the time of the transaction.
